Saloni believes that Digital marketing and AI is the future & is essential for modern business promotions. As a dynamic entrepreneur, educator, and digital coach based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, she founded of FlipFlop Digital Learning – FFDL in 2017, a platform that offers digital marketing training and education. Later she turned FFDL into a skill development center including all the tech courses like AI, machine learning, development, Graphic design, video editing and a lot more. Saloni is passionate about empowering students and aspiring entrepreneurs with digital skills, believing that practical knowledge is the key towards any learning process.

Manisha Nebhani is a seasoned digital product and marketing leader with over 15 years of global experience in IT, e-commerce, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Digital Lead at Kimberly-Clark ANZ, she spearheads strategic initiatives across Australia and New Zealand for iconic consumer brands like Huggies, U by Kotex, and Poise. Her expertise spans product leadership, agile delivery, and the implementation of AI-powered experience strategies.
As the founder of FlipFlop Digital Learning (FFDL), she combines her corporate expertise with a passion for education. She designed FFDL’s hands-on curriculum to equip students with practical, job-ready digital skills—backed by real-world case studies, career mentorship, and internship opportunities. Her mission is to bridge the gap between business goals and digital innovation by nurturing the next generation of digital talent.
